This means samples are made to show off which are 1 of 1 pieces, once the main idea has been created. The website is then open from Friday to Tues/Wed morning, files are then sent to the manufacture to make.

Understand the process takes 3-4 weeks, after website has been closed, so if you order March 22nd, you shouldn't worry on the 15th of April, if a package is not delivered by May 15th then please utilize our contact info.
